Delivery
Shipping & Delivery Policy
- Processing Times: Standard domestic orders across Pakistan are processed and delivered within 3 to 5 business days.
- Shipping Charges: Shipping fees and Cash on Delivery charges are calculated based on shipment size and destination at checkout.
- Order Tracking: Once dispatched, a tracking reference ID is sent via SMS or email so you can monitor your shipment status.
- International Deliveries: Orders originating outside Pakistan are handled by our regional offices in accordance with local carrier schedules.

Refund & Return Policy

- 7-Day Replacement Policy: If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you may request a replacement within 7 days of delivery.
- Eligibility Requirements: Items submitted for return or exchange must be unused and in their original packaging with all included documentation.
Warranty & Refund Processing
- Warranty Claims: Products with official warranties (such as chargers and power banks) can be claimed through our customer service network.
- Refund Processing: Approved refunds are processed within 7 to 10 business days and transferred back through the original payment channel or designated local bank account.
